Past and Present
The name Port & Mill stemmed from the location of the project and the rich history of the area. It is located between the old Port Moody industrial port and the Fraser Mills lands alongside the Fraser River. The development is composed of twin buildings – one named “Port” and the other “Mill.”
Illuminate a Central Courtyard
Our team rendered Port & Mill’s central courtyard, nestled between the twin buildings, featuring a children’s playground, ample green space with secluded nooks, and a garden lounge with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The evening scene was illuminated not only with integrated lighting but also with string lights hanging from the pergolas and the warm glow of candles.
Eclectic Interiors
Three colour schemes were inspired by the industrial history of the area: Industrial Minimalist features darker tones and a unique backsplash. West Coast Modern is natural with light tones and has a west coast feel. Wild Child is a unique alternative to the traditional colour schemes often seen (one light and one dark). This colour scheme is meant to stand out and provide purchasers with an uncommon option.
Light and Bright Living
Our 3D rendering of the light and bright open concept living space features a monochromatic scheme with interestingly textured furnishings and accessories carefully chosen to complement any of the three offered color palettes of the development.
Thoughtful Layering
Zoom in on our bedroom rendering to see how the wood nightstands, sleek charcoal table lamps, and plush upholstered bed are further layered with textured bedding and accent pillows, modern art, and a clear glass vase with a sprig of greenery.
