With an ethos a sense of freshness, openness and interfacing with the outdoors, it made sense to utilize a Dollhouse model to show the unique perspective of both exterior and interior of the Granary’s homes in connection with their surroundings.Â

With a dollhouse view, one can see how all these aspects work as a whole, and understand the design idea comprehensively. Where usually you will need separate 3D renderings for the exterior and every room, plus a floor plan for showing the layout, a dollhouse rendering allows you to provide all the information in one image.Â

In order to bring the viewers attention into the beautifully design interiors, out team utilized a Dollhouse in White Space. Replacing the exterior environment with a white background  helps to focus the attention on the building itself, making it easier for viewers to notice and appreciate the design details without any distractions.Â

Seventeen garden flats and townhomes are included in the first release of homes in The Granary. Every home in the development, which features a central courtyard, has private outdoor space with the townhomes having terraces, and garden flats having both front and back patios.
Layered Living
In this view, you can see the intricate attention to detail that has gone into creating a truly immersive and realistic 3D rendering. Every aspect, from the furniture to the finishes, decor, and even the clothing, groceries, and plants, has been meticulously crafted to bring the space to life and create a seamless, believable experience.

In this view, you can clearly see how the space transitions seamlessly from the patio outdoors to the living space indoors, with the sliding doors and entry door adjacent to each other. The view slices through walls, allowing for a clear communication of the layout and adjacent spaces.
