We start from the street

Creating an inviting and photorealistic image from the street is no easy task, in this case we needed to recreate the surrounding environment completely from scratch as opposed to having a photograph to splice with the building.

One of the primary concerns from townhouse buyers has to do with the liveability and proximity of the courtyard entrances and the relationship between the units. Our goal here is to make the courtyard look as bright, inviting, and community oriented as possible for potential buyers.

Life in townhomes typically means life for familes. Bringing small touches like the little green dinosaur and the wallpaper really helps viewers imagine the possibilities.

The Power of Powder Rooms

One of the amazing things about townhomes is the half bath or powder room. We love showcasing the utility of this room off the main living level to help buyers see and feel what life could look like in this unit.
